3. HOW DO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
For the purposes for which we collect your personal data and subject to the appropriate legal basis described under Section 2 above, we may disclose your personal data to the following categories of recipients:
a) Business partners, affiliates and subsidiary companies of ABI, primarily for business and operational purposes.
b) Service providers: companies that provide services to ABI for the purposes of providing the Website and its products and services, including hosting, data storage, development, and technical support services. We adopt measures to ensure that these service providers will only process your personal in compliance with the applicable data protection laws.
c) Third parties connected with initiatives of the Website: entities that are involved in specific transactions such as making donations. These parties may have their own privacy policies.
d) ABI may share your personal data with other third parties:

4. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA FOR?
For personal data that we collect and process for the purposes outlined in Section 2, we will typically retain such personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil each of these purposes. Whenever your personal information is processed to comply with legal obligations, such retention periods may vary depending on the laws and regulations applicable in the countries in which we operate.
5. WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

For us to address your request in a more efficient manner, you may have to provide ABI with the minimum information, such as your name, e-mail address and your request details. Please be aware that ABI will require such information in order to process your request. Your personal details will be saved only so that we can respond to your request, and will be deleted when they are no longer necessary for the original purpose, unless there are legal requirements stipulating the retention of these data.

8. DO-NOT-TRACK SIGNALS AND SIMILAR MECHANISMS

Your data may be collected and processed in our Data Management Platform (DMP) operated by Salesforce.com, Inc. Our purpose of using DMP is to ensure that you receive advertisements tailored to your interests in our websites and other sites that you visit. A DMP is an advertising technology that automatically creates audience segments to share the best of our campaigns. A DMP uses cookie and non-cookie technologies to recognize your computer or device and/or to collect and record information about your web surfing activity including your activities on this website. DMP automatically analyses and categorizes data deriving from different sources, for example, other sites and from other beer lovers.
When required by the applicable data protection laws, we will only process your personal data for this purpose after you have provided us you consent. 9.7. Customer Data Platform
Our website has in place a Customer Data Platform (CDP). Our purpose in using CDP is to ensure that you receive advertisement content tailored to your interests in our websites and also in external sites you visit. A CDP is an advertising technology that automatically creates audience segments to share the best of our campaigns with you and other beer lovers. Our CDP automatically analyses and categorizes data deriving from different sources, for example, other sites and other website users.
When required by the applicable data protection laws, we will only process your personal data for this purpose after you have provided us you consent. You will not suffer any detriment if you don't consent to this operation.
Once consent is provided, our CDP will start processing your data and it will be shared with other business partners of ARM Treasure Data using the same tool. The data controller for this operation is Treasure Data, Inc., so please keep in mind that AB InBev has no control over who your data is shared with as this is unilaterally determined by the CDP. We place various social media buttons on our website in the form of a plug-in. Following are the social media buttons used:

9.10. Lookalike Audiences
We use different technologies to create look alike audiences on social media. We may share hashed portions of your personal data (mainly your name and other online identifiers, email address) with our marketing partners and publishers to provide you advertisement in accordance with your interests and/or those of like-minded consumers. For example, we may aggregate your email address together with the email addresses of others who registered to our marketing activities, locally hash such data, and transmit the resulting hashed data to Facebook or to other marketing partners for the purpose of creating "Lookalike Audiences" (where targeted ads are sent to people on Facebook who have similar characteristics to people on our customer list). We request your consent in order to create look-a-like audiences via email or the cookie banner. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please update your settings in the cookie banner.
9.11. Facebook Pixel
A Facebook pixel is an analytics tool that consists of a code that is installed on our Website. When you perform certain activities on our website, such as visiting a web page or buy a product, the Facebook pixel is triggered and will collect this information in the Facebook environment, if you are using Facebook. This technology allows us to provide users customised content and advertising, to provide social media features and to analyse traffic to our website. 12. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Apart from the content related to non-alcoholic beverage brands, we do only share the content of our Website/App with those who are of legal drinking age. Our Website/App and Services are not intended for individuals under the legal drinking age and take reasonable measure to block access to minors (e.g. age gate). If we learn that an individual under the legal drinking age has provided us with personal information, we will delete it. We use different technologies to create look alike audiences on social media. We may share hashed portions of your personal data (mainly your name and other online identifiers, email address) with our marketing partners and publishers to provide you advertisement in accordance with your interests and/or those of like-minded consumers. For example, we may aggregate your email address together with the email addresses of others who registered to our marketing activities, locally hash such data, and transmit the resulting hashed data to Facebook or to other marketing partners for the purpose of creating "Lookalike Audiences" (where targeted ads are sent to people on Facebook who have similar characteristics to people on our customer list).
